What is an SEO Audit?
An SEO Audit is a complete breakdown of all SEO factors that could be mitigating the search engine visibility performance on your website. Here are the areas that I look at when performing an SEO Audit:
- Accessibility & Indexibility
- No duplicate content
- Inbound links
- Site speed
- Optimized titles and meta tags
- Optimized images
- Mobile-friendly criteria
Technical SEO Factors
There is a long list of technical SEO factors that set the foundation for your website. Some of these include your XML sitemap, structured data, proper implementation of title tags, meta descriptions, canonical links, social meta tags, page load times, mobile compatibility, AMP HTML, and other technical factors that influence your websites search engine rankings.
With all of that in mind, I perform a full, documented and detailed analysis of each factor that influences the rankings on your website. These items must be in place in order for your website to truly gain long-term success. They often change overtime as Google updates their algorithm, so if you have not conducted an SEO Audit within the past 2 years, it’s time to take another look.
