This is still a highly sought after link especially if it is a chamber of commerce, which Google views as a reputable organization.
Are All Backlinks Good for SEO?

If you come across a website that offers to submit your website to 30 directories for $5, be skeptical. These links are in many cases considered spam to Google and they will de-rank you if those links get flagged as spam.
